Clemens Kitzberger is Austrian, engineer, graduated at Textil High sc, in Haslach from 1993 to 1995. Clemens Kitzberger worked as a production manager in a textile company in Vienna. From 1999-2003 he attended an evening study technical for automation.
In 1999 he started at Erema as a process engineer. From 2009 - 2014 he was responsible for post-consumer materials and filtration in the process engineering department. Since 2014 he is business development manager for Post-Consumer Applications.
Daniel Carrillo
Latin America Sales Manager
Daniel Carrillo joined INTRAVIS Vision Systems in December 2018 as the Latin America Sales Manager, bringing more than 5 years of experience in vision inspection. At INTRAVIS, he is responsible to work with the leaders of the plastic packaging industry in Latin America, to collaborate with them, analyze current problems and create solutions for their quality inspection needs.
George Kobel
Area Sales Manager South America
Growing up in Guri /Venezuela after completing scholarship he moved for engineering studies at the Aircraft Engineering Collage in Switzerland, after further studies in Strategic marketing he has got his diploma in Certified Project Management.
During his Junior Professional career, George gained wide experience in leading Projects in the Gas/Petrol and Steel industry. Prior to joining IMD he led Project in Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina and Guatemala to name a few.
In 2016, George joined IMD Ltd. as an Area Sales Manager responsible for the South American sales activity incl. strategic sales activity aiming to realize the strong growing ambitions in this upcoming market.
In 2019 IMD opened a commercial and technical Hub in São Paulo (IMD LATAM), George got promoted to lead the this Unit as Head of Site IMD LATAM.
Dipl.-Ing. Günther Klammer
Vice President Plasticising Systems & Recycling
Günther Klammer studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University in Vienna and started out his career in plastics machinery industry in 1993. After working in the R&D of sin-gle screw extrusion at Cincinnati Milacron for several years, he moved to recycling machin-ery industry taking over responsibility for recycling plants at Erema Recycling Machineries. In 2006, Günther Klammer became CEO of M-A-S GmbH focussing on the conical corotating twin screw compounding for recycling applications. He joined ENGEL in 2014 as head of Plasticizing Systems division becoming Vice President Plasticising Systems & Recycling in 2019.
Hans Malinowski
Product manager and Technology manager
Malinowski studied production technology with a focus on production engineering at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. He was product manager and North American sales representative, injection molding division for 5 years at KraussMaffei. He was general manager (ppa) and project manager: planning production plants for hygiene rooms (injection molding / extrusion) for 7 years - DITTEL Cleanroom Engineering. Since 2009, has returned to work for Krauss Maffei as a product manager and technology manager of electric injection machines and process technologies.
Manuela Feuerstein
Sales Manager
Manuela is graduated in Economics, she gained experience in the sales area working 6 years in the textile industry. After that she worked as a Brand Manager in the beverage industry for another two years. Since April 2019, she is working for Eisbär Trockentechnik as a Sales Manager. She is responsible for the markets in South America, Asia, Eastern Europe, Spain, Portugal and the market for recycling materials.
Martin Gerber
Sales Director
In 2005, Martin joined IMD Ltd. as an Area Sales Manager responsible for the Far- East region, aiming to cover the growing demand in this upcoming and ambitious market.
At this time he made further educations in marketing & communication and he got his diploma as Key Account Manager.
In 2008 he was appointed sales manager at IMD Ltd. Switzerland. Since 2011 he is IMDs global sales director and a member of the executive management. During his time at IMD, Martin gathered his experience in more than 2’000 international projects in the plastic packaging industry.
Prior to joining IMD he worked more than 2 years as a Project Leader for major electrical projects in Biel, Switzerland.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Reinhard Schiffers

Ele estudou de 1999 até 2004, engenharia mecânica na Faculty of Engineering Sciences, University of Duisburg-Essen”. Depois, de 2004 à 2007, ele começou seus estudos em Administração de Empresas na University of Hagen. Também em 2004, Dr. Reinhard Schiffers se tornou membro da equipe de pesquisas da University of Duisburg-Essen em “Projetos de Engenharia e Máquinas para Produção de Plásticos”, onde ele terminou em 2008. Depois, ele trabalhou de 2009 a 2012 na KraussMaffei Group como Gerente de projetos no Departamento de P&D. Em 2012, ele se tornou chefe do Departamento de Tecnologia de Máquinas na KraussMaffei, ele ocupou esse cargo até 2017. Desde de 2017, Dr. -Ing, Reinhard Schiffers é o chefe da área de “Projetos de Engenharia e Máquinas para Produção de Plásticos” na University of Duisburg-Essen.

Dr. Thorsten Thümen
Senior Director Technology
Dr. Thümen was born in 1975, he studied mechanical engineering with the core theme on plastics processing at the University of Paderborn. He did a PhD Thesis about optimising plasticising equipment for injection moulding (NRV).Dr. Thümen is a experienced leader of development departments of machine manufactures (injection moulding, glass processing, exhaust emission dynamometer).
He started at Sumitomo (SHI) Demag in 2019, working in processing technology development. Since 2020 he's responsible for the Technology Department (Machine development, Processing Technologies, IoT, Training).
